Relevant Harmony Part (Soprano, Alto, Tenor or Bass)

The information you provide when you email us or fill in the contact form on our website allows us to respond to your requests appropriately. We require this information to get in touch with you, to understand your needs and in particular for the following reasons:
To contact you about joining one of our choirs
To keep you up to date with our choir news and opportunities
For our internal record keeping
To improve our services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Use of Third-Party Data Processors
We do not sell or otherwise transfer to outside parties your information, apart from sharing data with trusted partners who help us in the essential functioning of our organisation.
We use a third-party service, Squarespace, to host our website: www.claphamcommunitychoir.org / www.singclapham.org (both domains point to the same website).
We have recordings from YouTube hosted on our website. We can monitor these sources to see when people have listened to or watched one of our performances.

If you pay for our services via direct debit, your data will be processed by GoCardless. Learn more about their privacy policy here.
Cookies
Like many websites, we do use cookies. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. All information gathered is anonymous.
